This Privacy Policy informs you about how your data is collected, used, and protected within the scope of the Cube Burst mobile application. Your security is important to us; therefore, the data you share with us is protected with sensitivity.

1. Processing, Storage, and Deletion of Data

Your data is processed in accordance with the law and honesty rules, for legitimate purposes, and limited to the purpose for which they are processed. Necessary measures are taken to ensure that your data is kept accurate and up to date.

Your data, which is stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, is deleted or destroyed at the end of this period. You can directly and permanently delete your data using the in-game deletion feature.

2. Data Controller

The data controller is the person who determines the purposes and methods of processing data.

3. Collected Data

The data collected by this application may include:

• Device information (Model, OS version)
• IP address
• Unique device identifiers (for Advertising/Analytics)
• User Profile: User-chosen username (nickname), game statistics (highest scores), and score timestamps.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Displaying the global leaderboard and rankings.
• Synchronizing your high scores to the cloud database.
• Preventing fraud and securing the leaderboard via score encryption and digital signatures (hashes).
• Improving service quality, communication, and security.

5. Transfer of Data

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except for legal obligations. However, it may be shared with our service providers (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase) and legal authorities to the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

7. Services Used

• Firebase Realtime Database: Used for securely storing leaderboards and scores.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to analyze user behavior and app performance.
• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements.

8. Consent and Validity

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 14.05.2026 and is updated when necessary.

Data Deletion Request

Cube Burst does not require an account creation (login-free). However, to delete your stored leaderboard data (username and scores), you can instantly and permanently erase it at any time by using the "Delete Data" option inside the game's settings menu. Alternatively, you can send an email to devmalidemir@gmail.com. Your email request will be processed within 7 days.

Toplanan Veriler ve Kullanım Amacı

• Oyun İçi Veriler: Küresel liderlik tablosunu (scoreboard) oluşturmak amacıyla; tarafınızca belirlenen kullanıcı adı (takma ad), şifrelenmiş oyun skorunuz ve skor tarihiniz toplanarak Firebase sunucularında güvenli bir şekilde saklanır. Uygulamamızda geleneksel bir hesap oluşturma sistemi (e-posta/şifre) bulunmamaktadır.
• Güvenlik ve Uyumluluk: Skorların manipüle edilmesini engellemek için cihazda şifreleme ve hash algoritmaları kullanılır.
• Reklam ve Analiz: Google AdMob ve Firebase aracılığıyla cihaz bilgileriniz ve reklam kimliğiniz (AD_ID) toplanabilir.

Veri Silme Talebi

Oyuncular, istedikleri zaman oyun içi ayarlar menüsünde bulunan "Verileri Sil" butonunu kullanarak yerel cihazlarındaki ve Firebase sunucularındaki tüm verilerini (kullanıcı adı ve skor) anında ve kalıcı olarak silebilirler. Ayrıca, veri silme talepleri için devmalidemir@gmail.com adresinden bize e-posta yoluyla da ulaşabilirsiniz.
